Interview mode offers 15-, 30-, or 45-minute limits, with 30 minutes selected by default. Sessions can finish earlier when the conversation is complete. For fair use, you can start up to 12 sessions per hour, with one interview running at a time. Technical safety limits may end an unusually intensive session earlier.

Yes. Before an Interview-mode session closes, you can ask the AI panel your own questions or say you have none. This exchange is not scored as a teaching answer. The AI panel helps you rehearse; it cannot confirm the real school's policies, vacancies, or hiring decisions.

Yes. Your active TeacherPreps Pro membership includes interview practice and full access to all TeacherPreps courses. Use the same account; there is no second subscription.

Your scores reflect the evidence in your answers against role-specific criteria, not your chances of getting hired. Review what worked, the main improvement, and your stronger sample response, then try the answer again. If the transcript misheard you, correct it before requesting updated feedback. Sample responses should reflect your real experience, not accomplishments you have not had.

No. You only need your name, position, and grade or school level to begin. You can update your interview details later; a resume and job description are not required.

OpenAI processes your voice and supplied interview details. TeacherPreps saves transcripts, feedback, and setup details, not raw audio or uploaded files. Interviews are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. You can delete interviews and clear saved setup separately; clearing setup does not remove copies in past interviews.
