Terms of Use

1. Subscription & Recurring Billing

By selecting a pricing option (Monthly or Annual), you agree to recurring automatic charges at each billing cycle until cancellation. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period.

2. Refund Policy

• Within 48 Hours: Full refund eligibility if requested within 48 hours of charge.
• After 48 Hours: A flat $10.00 processing fee is deducted from refunds granted beyond 48 hours.
• No refunds available if substantial study materials have been accessed or downloaded during the renewal period.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation must occur at least 48 hours before renewal to avoid the next billing cycle charge. After cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current paid billing period.

4. Intellectual Property

All TeacherPreps content is proprietary. Your subscription provides a single-user license. Sharing login credentials or redistributing materials will result in immediate access termination without refund.

5. Acceptance of Terms

Completing your purchase constitutes acknowledgment of understanding and agreement to the refund policy and recurring subscription nature of this service.
