About this position
TeacherPreps is hiring an Outbound Recruiter to find qualified educators for our available Content Expert positions.
Responsibilities
- Use internet platforms, such as Facebook groups, LinkedIn communities, personal blogs, YouTube channels, and more to find and recruit qualified educators who have passed their educator certification exam to work in our Content Expert positions.
- Your job is to identify qualified educators, explain who you are, and why they are a good fit for the specific Content Expert position. Give them the link to the role.
Payment
This position is paid for successful recruiting outcomes. You earn $20 when a qualified referred candidate schedules an interview on the TeacherPreps calendar and attends the interview. You earn an additional $70 for each referred candidate TeacherPreps hires. Payment is reviewed and completed on the first of every month. Duplicate, fake, unqualified, or unverifiable candidates are not paid and may result in removal from the recruiter program.
Step 1
Outbound recruiter finds a qualified lead and shares the matching TeacherPreps hiring page, such as teacherpreps.com/expert/art.
Step 2
Qualified lead completes the application form.
Step 3
TeacherPreps administrator invites the qualified educator for an interview and shares the calendar link.
Step 4
Qualified educator books an interview appointment.
Step 5
TeacherPreps administrator and qualified educator meet by video conference. Recruiter earns $20.
$20 earned
Step 6
If TeacherPreps hires the qualified educator, recruiter earns an additional $70.
$70 earned
